Custom Manufactured Floor Trench Drains

A national liquid soap manufacturer converted an existing storage area into a manufacturing space. This renovation required new trench drains to direct water and residual product away from the new production area. The concrete floors in the former storage area were significantly out of level in multiple directions. The manufacturer was prepared to excavate these floors and repour new flooring to provide a level surface in which to install drains. C.P. Eakes Company designed and built a series of tributary drains that compensated for the uneven floors and still provided drainage fall with a constant slope. Our design expertise provided both an effective drainage system and saved the substantial cost of replacing the existing concrete floors.
