Stainless Steel Counters

Stainless steel counters offer durable, rust-free surfaces that are easy to maintain and are typically found in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings. We can provide back splashes, end splashes or square turn-downs to suit your specific requirements. We can also provide holes to accommodate drop-in sinks, plumbing connections, or electrical connections.

Specifications

We supply counters in type 304 and type 316 stainless steel alloys. Common exterior finishes are mill, satin, and our most popular finish – a random orbital. The random orbital finish is a non-directional satin that is very difficult to damage in the normal use of the counter, because it hides most scratches. Custom decorative finishes are also available.

Counter Styles

Counters are either applied to substrates (usually wood) or are self-supporting. When applied to substrates, counters are generally a thinner gauge. Heavier gauge stainless steel is used for self-supporting counters.
